I saw the post a fellow blogger put up (http://indiscreteamericanexpress.blogspot.com) and wanted to contribute as well. By now, Amercian Express has won the Delta Card as we all know. I had the pleasure of sharing a bar experience with what would appear to be the Strategic Planning Group of American Express last week. The group was very loud, rude and arrogant. The club staff would not immediately let them in and their reactions were absolutely ugly and unprofessional. However, this blog, as the one I just mentioned (http://indiscreteamericanexpress.blogspot.com) is about indiscretion at American Express. Some very drunk people were discussing whether the launch of Amex's SECRET ONLINE BANK would increase their (quote: shitty) stock price. Then they shook their hands in disapproval, laughed and continued to drink.
All there is to know: Watch American Express, an online bank is coming. Just know that your secrets may not be safe with American Express if not even their showboat group can exercise discretion.
